EIMOV is operated by a single individual and is not incorporated. EIMOV is the data controller for all processing described below.
EIMOV operates an automated content publishing system that posts content to social media accounts owned and operated by EIMOV itself.
This policy covers every platform integration we operate:

We do not offer our publishing system to third parties. There are no external users, customers or clients whose data passes through our system.
Our application authenticates to each platform using OAuth 2.0, with the account owner's explicit authorisation, and publishes content produced by EIMOV to EIMOV-owned accounts.

Where we read platform data for research (for example, publicly available YouTube channel and video statistics), we use only aggregate figures such as subscriber counts and view counts. We do not store information about identifiable individuals.

We do not process personal data of any individual other than the account owner. We do not use platform data for advertising, profiling or training machine learning models.
All data is stored on a virtual private server operated by EIMOV and hosted by Contabo GmbH in Lauterbourg, France. Data is not transferred outside the European Union.
We use the following processors. None of them receive personal data of platform users.

Content published by EIMOV is generated with the assistance of OpenAI's services. Only research topics and drafting instructions are sent; no data obtained from any social platform is transmitted to OpenAI.
EIMOV is established in the Netherlands and processes data under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
The processing described here rests on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)): operating our own social media presence. The only personal data involved belongs to the account owner, who is also the controller, so no third-party interests are affected.
Individuals whose personal data we process have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to that processing, and the right to data portability.
If you believe we hold data about you, contact eimov@profadvies.nl. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
The account owner can revoke our application's access at any time through the settings of the platform concerned. On revocation, stored tokens are invalidated and deleted, and publishing stops immediately.
To request deletion of any data we hold, contact eimov@profadvies.nl. Publication records are in any case deleted after 24 months.
Content published by EIMOV is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence, including generated imagery and text.
Where a platform requires disclosure of synthetic or AI-generated content, EIMOV applies that label. This covers TikTok's and Meta's AI content labelling requirements and the transparency obligations under Article 50 of the EU AI Act.
No AI system used by EIMOV is trained on data obtained from any social platform.
This page sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts.
Our service is not directed at children and does not knowingly process data relating to anyone under 18.
If we materially change how we process data, we will update this policy and revise the date at the top. The current version is always available at this URL.
