These Terms of Service govern use of the EIMOV application and its integrations with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube). By using the EIMOV application you agree to these terms.
EIMOV is an automated system, operated by a single individual, that publishes content created by EIMOV to social media accounts owned and operated by EIMOV itself. It is not offered to third parties; there are no external users or customers.
All content published through EIMOV is created by EIMOV, with the assistance of artificial intelligence. EIMOV retains ownership of its content and is solely responsible for it. Where a platform requires it, AI-generated content is clearly labelled as such.
EIMOV uses each platform's API only to publish to its own accounts, in accordance with that platform's developer terms, community guidelines and applicable law. EIMOV does not access, collect or use the data of other users.
Use of each integration is also subject to the terms of the platform concerned, including TikTok's Developer Terms and Community Guidelines. Where these terms conflict with a platform's own terms for that platform, the platform's terms prevail.
The EIMOV application is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. EIMOV does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EIMOV is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
EIMOV may update these terms. The current version is always available at this URL, with the date shown above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts.
